Yep, Honolulu Streets joined
web-forces with Hawaii Independent Cruise Nights! Id like to think
of it as a fond affiliation.
It took awhile but I managed to
convince Arnold Dowling, head of Hawaii Independent Cruise Nights,
that he needed someone on the inside. Well in this case, someone on
the web who could keep his site up-to-date and running smoothly.
Ill be the first to admit that Arnold
has done just fine without my help or my extremely limited web
expertise. The truth is, for a very longtime Ive wanted to lend a
hand in some way or another and the only thing I could do from my
desk here in Medford Oregon is to happily take on the tedious task
of maintaining Hawaii Independent Cruise Nights website. With a
little luck, in-between all those updates and posting special
events, parades and whatnot, I just might be able to re-design it
into a slightly more user friendly site than its previous domain as
well.
So joining up with HICNs website will
do a couple of things for you right off the bat. One is that you
wont have to look anywhere else for the most current cruise night
dates in Honolulu. Two, both websites, Honolulu Streets Magazine,
and Hawaii Independent Cruise Nights.com, will bring you
simultaneous cruise night updates without fail and without
contradiction - not to mention being able to hear about the events
first hand and fast.
If you havent been keeping an eye on
the cruise night schedule, this would be a good time to notice that
Hawaii Kai has been added. Yeah, hows that? Arnold worked
tirelessly to bring cruise nights back to Hawaii Kai. The first one
of four at the new location will be on Saturday, March 28 at Taco
Del Mar in the Hawaii Kai Towne Center.
Aloha
a Hui Hou,
