is the Chevy small block version in hi temp ceramic silver coating. Sanderson does this in house, and polishes it to a very nice luster. Price with blockoff plates
are $650.00. For chrome headers add $50 and allow three to four weeks, as the plating is done by another company. |

Sanderson Headers announces the Jayster header, a totally new look for street rods! Designed by Jay Wangerin, Sanderson's production foreman and custom fabricator, the new header is available for all popular and nostalgia V-8's, including the Chevy LS1. A blockoff plate is furnished, along with a weld on flange for the owner's under chassis exhaust system and a bolt kit. Turnout tips are available to fit the collector flanges. Like all Sanderson headers, the new design features the industry's only patented leak free flange.

you a special, one-of-a-kind header design if needed. And Sanderson can even help you select the best fit by starting with giving them either your engine specs or make & model.

Prices have yet to be determined for Jayster headers to fit other engines. People who are interested in big block Chevy, Small and big block Ford, Olds. Caddy, Dodge, etc, should call Sanderson for current info. |

Sanderson fabricates many unique headers for custom performance and appearance applications. The same high quality materials and careful craftsmanship that distinguishes their in-stock headers will go into your design. Accurate measurements are critical to successful results. To build your custom headers Sanderson requires a detailed drawing or blueprint with precise dimensions and an exhaust port gasket (for accurate header plate).
They
also require front and side photos of the chassis, engine compartment and the car
itself and suggest that you use the diagrams on their website as a starting point. Make some enlarged photocopies to aid you in working up the final
design. Custom headers can be fabricated in mild or stainless steel, and
either chrome plated or ceramic coated.
